Classic Mustang - Spare tire and Jack

Hello everyone. I have a question-Are there any suppliers out there that sell spare tires and jacks? I am looking for a spare tire and jack for a 1972 Mach 1. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

I don't think anyone makes repro jacks ... MP doesn't list any....
