i mean i need everything i need everything down to the bone, wires, spark plugs, etc. u know everything included to give it a nice great great tune up..

I would recommend doing it all...points, cap, rotor, plugs and plug wires. Then at least you have a good starting point and know that part of the engine operation is good. I don't know what engine you have, but if it's a 6 or a 2 bbl 8, I would even do a carb rebuild. It's not hard to do (the 4bbl may be more challenging). Get a good maintenance manual. Just take your time and keep track of what you take off and lay all the parts out neatly. A can of carb cleaner can clean all the passages. Be sure however to look at the diagram. There are often some small springs and check balls in those passages. You'd hate to blow one out and not realize it. Change the fuel filter and air cleaner. You'd be good to go.
