engine Look at the Cam SPECS , on the page , ask your self how radical of
cam do yu want , pick the one that fits your needs , Assuming YOU have a
302 Boss Mustang >>
I would use there part number 381380 , a hot but streetable cam for
manual trans car
OR browse the many cams , the specs are listed !!, WHAT you need
to do is find Factory cam specs , ADD lift and Duration about 20 % more to
get a mild cam , Go to 33 $ more fore a HOT Cam , ADD MUCH more for Race
Only , As in Stock intake duration on a 289 is about 250 degrees , a
Race Only will be about 279 to 290 duration , Unstreetable , Idles at 1500
