Depending upon where you live, try a Pick-A-Part salvage yard.  There are a couple in the Indy area and they have loads of 302's and are CHEAP!   Granted, it's not new, but then if you're able, you could get an engine master kit and do a rebuild.   But if you're interested in a new engine, then check out your local Ford dealer, Autozone, O'Reilley's, etc.   Same for the transmission.
