[Classic Mustang] Side mirrors on a 1966 "Handyman: Mustang

Question....I have a 1966 Mustang Handyman, 6 cyc., 200 cu in., 3 speed. Does anyone know the following.....did this car come stock with a driver side mirror? I know the passenger side was optional. I restored the car and it has neither mirror.
