[Classic Mustang] Holley vs. Edelbrock

My experience with Holley's has been so-so...not that it didn't run well, but it was a pain to tune.  The major advantage to the Edelbrock is that jet changes can be made without taking the carb apart, e.g. the bowls have to come off the Holley for jet changes where the Edelbrock jets can be removed from the front of the base.  I've heard recently that dominator carbs have an external jet adjustment you can set with the turn of a screwdriver.  I think I saw that on Hot Rod TV.   As you know Dan, the best carb will be what can match your application.  Personal preference:  go for the mechanical secondaries.  The vacuum are hard to dial in on the Holley.
For what it's worth...
