[Classic Mustang] Ball Joint Question

My '71 Grande could use some new ball joints.
I plan to install a new lower control arm rather
than just a ball joint. There are two options I
am looking at with one being around $100 and the
other around $200 for both sides. The car is a daily
driver and never really driven that hard. Is it worth
the extra money? My guess is yes but I could be wrong.
