[Classic Mustang] Alternator Light On-But Charging

My 1973 Mustang has the alternator light on all of the time. I tested with a volt meter and it appears to be charging at about 14 volts with the engine running. The car had a new battery six months ago, and the alternator and regulator maybe eighteen months ago. This came on suddenly. I drove it once it was perfect, later that day it came on and stayed on since (with the key on and engine running). I've wiggled wires, checked grounds, everything I can think of. Seems odd to have the light on when it is obviously charging.

Any informed ideas? Alway appreiate the help here. Thanks, Jeff
