Thanks Rd,  Are there any particular brands you would reccommend.  There seem to be so many and of course, all claim to be the best.

I would recommend a seperate vinyl cleaner followed by a quality vinyl dressing.

Can anyone recommend a vinyl hardtop cleaner-protector. Dad always kept the '68 covered in the garage (since new) so the vinyl is in good shape. I'd like to know how best to wash/clean it and return it as close to the original black coloring as reasonable. It is being covered in my garage.
