If you are in Southern California there is a shop in Orange that will do the conversion for you.  The car will look stock

me to buy new wheels. But, I have disc brakes and 4 bolt on front and
back, so I can rotate my tires and easily buy replacement parts from
any auto parts store.

When you say axle, makes me think you may want 4 wheel disc brakes.
To my knowledge, the only easy semi-"bolt on" axle with disc brakes
was off the lincoln versailles.... good luck finding that, or
replacement parts :)
