[Classic Mustang] Disc brake conversion

Hey group. I am working on my 1968 with the smaller 4-bolt rims and smaller factory axles on it. I would like to convert it it disc brakes and I know there are some years of older disc brake cars that I can borrow and directly bolt on to my mustang.

My question to the group is there anyone out there that can help me find a list of cars and years that I could look for to make that seemless conversion. Any advice will be gladly accepted.
