Why not get one directly from Ford Racing Products? While it will be a 302 and not a 289; who's gonna know besides you?
If it is just for street use; they are great for plug and play. For anything more I would still tear a store bought new/rebuilt one down and check everything.

Could please recommend some guys/ companies who has good quality rebuilt SB289 or turn key engine ?
I like to keep the original core myself and change the block or all set.
