part number that it was a 67-69 cylinder.
As he stated, the 65-66 dash mounted lock cylinder has a smaller diameter front bezel
and a single sided key as opposed to the double sided key that started in 1967

KS6380 appears to be for a 67-69 .... which are different from the
65/66 ... which would be obvious by the different keys ..... 67's
started the double cut keys... and the 70-73 are column mounted.
