Rare early Mustangs are not rare. Ford had a Mustang sales program that
was described simply by it's slogan "Build yourself a Mustang". The
baseline Mustang was very simple. The 1965 cost about $2K. Then there
was a huge catalog of options. Factory order was normal. We ordered
only one option; convertible. But I have never stopped "building" it.

Considering the number of possible combinations of options there were
probably many "1 of 1" cars. The car is yours now. Just have fun with
it. You too can "Build yourself a Mustang".
