[Classic Mustang] 69 Mach 1 Wiring

I'm in the process of restoring a 69 Mach 1. Currently I'm finishing up the bodywork and the car gets final painted tomorrow. You can see pics of the project on my web site (http://www.1969mach1.webs.com).

I'm currently debating on if I should refurbish, test, and reinstall the old wiring harness or should I install a new wiring harness (I'm looking at a Painless harness).

Does anyone have experience at installing a Painless harness in a 69 Mustang or do you have any advice/recommendations on other harnesses or staying with the original harness? I'm interested in hearing your feedback.
