[Classic Mustang] Re: Sorry, guys - after watching this comparison I'm buying a Corvair (LOL)

WOW! Based on this GM sales blurb, I bet that the '65 Corvair outsold
the '65 Mustang by 2 to 1. Oh, wait a minute. It was the other way
around. Sorry!

Shortly after the Mustang was introduced, I read an interview with a
Chevrolet exec. His thoughts were that the Mustang was nothing
special, just a Falcon with new sheetmetal (mostly true!) and that the
Corvair sales will easily hold it's own against the Mustang (not even
close). Enter the Camero 2-1/2 years later.
