I do not have one at all. Mine is too far gone to re-core. And moving
the outlet to the other side would work except the inlets for a 289
are smaller then the 302 by about 1/2 inch. I was looking for one I
did not have to buy then rework to fit.
I have a 289 harmonic balancer that I fabricated to bolt to the 302
harmonic balancer. Pulleys from both water pumps from the 289 and 302.
A brand new 289 water pump, and with all the
combination's I tried, none even come close to working. The belts were
off by at least 3/4 inch on one or two pulleys.
just wondering if anybody know of another rad. that would fit before
spending big bucks for one that would work.
