Hi Jack,
Welcome to the list. I have a '64 1/2 Convertible Restomod. Mine
required a complete re-do from having been a daily driver for its
first 33 years. It sounds like you have a real survivor with 28 years
in storage. You shouldn't have any problem finding correct parts to
restore your car. The Mustang is about the easiest car to work on.
There should be a Mustang Club near you. Clubs are a great source for
parts and tech help.
What color combination is your Mustang? Does it have any options?
