RE: [Classic Mustang] My 69 fastback project

Good luck with it.  I’m working on mine, too.  I drove it last weekend.

Subject: [Classic Mustang] My 69 fastback project

Hey everyone I have just recently started restoring my 1969 Mustang
fastback. I will more than likely be a slow ongoing project but I will
be posting photos of the progress. I am fortunate enough to still own
this car as it was my first car. I bought it for $150 from a body shop
owner with a small junkyard in 1982, I was 15. Myself and two friends
pulled it home with a borrowed tow bar after dragging it from the
junkyard and pumping up the tires. After about 2 months we had it road
worthy and drove it for a year and a half. In the last 24 years it has
had several different motors but never road worthy. As this is now my
mid-life crisis project i hope to complete it this time.
