[Classic Mustang] Re: Emergency Flashers

Does anyone know if the 66 Emerg. Flasher harness is a direct match for
the earlier wireing harness? I have replaced a 66 flasher switch and
harness, it was a "plug in the pin" installation. Of course, the 66
had all the appropriate places to pin the flasher. Has anyone
installed a 66 flasher on an earlier model? Also, I have changed out
turn signal switches and harness, replacing the 66 Emerg. Flasher is
similar job, just don't know about compatability.

I did buy an aftermarket universal flasher for my 65 in 65 (Sears). It
still works fine, could use the underdash space for other things.
