[Classic Mustang] Carb - 570 or 670 cfm?

OK, one last carb question. 71 Mach, 351C. I'm upgrading from 2V to
4V. Got the manifold already (thanks, Ebay!!!) for a great price. What
I'm waffling over is the size of the carb. I'm going with a Holley Street
Avenger, and the question is: 570 or 670 cfm? From Holley's charts, the
570 should be good up to the 5000rpm range, with the 670 recommended past that.

Any recommendations? I can buy a factory refurbed (and warranted) 570
right now for $100, but I don't want to under-carb the engine.
